  • Ginger Garlic Paste100g
  • Garam Masala100g
  • Sunflower Oil1L
  • Saltpinch
  • Cumin Seedspinch
  • Lemon Juicesqueeze

  1. Blanch spinach and blend to a smooth purée.
  2. Heat oil, bloom cumin seeds, sauté onions until golden.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and tomato purée; cook until reduced.
  4. Stir in spinach purée, spices, and chickpeas.
  5. Simmer 10 minutes, finish with lemon juice and salt.
