Ingredients

  • Paneer Cubes500g
  • Tomato Puree400g
  • Cream200ml
  • Butter250g
  • Garam Masala100g
  • Ginger Garlic Paste100g
  • Kasuri methihandful
  • Corianderhandful
  • Saltpinch

Directions

  1. Marinate paneer in yoghurt, chilli, garam masala 20 mins; grill or pan-sear.
  2. Melt butter; sauté ginger garlic.
  3. Add tomato puree; simmer and season.
  4. Stir in cream; add paneer.
  5. Finish with kasuri methi and coriander.
